Role of One Soul Many Stories

One Soul Many Stories’ responsibilities include, but are not limited to Curation, Verification and the fulfilment of orders.

The Buyer understands that at no time during the sales process is One Soul Many Stories the owner of the Product.

2. Purpose

The below terms and conditions (here after the “terms and conditions”) are exclusively ruling sales initiated from the website (here after “the website”) for items offered online to buyers seen as consumers (here after the “customers”). They explain in detail the conditions of order, payment, delivery and after- sales service.

Terms and conditions apply to the customer who places an order on the website. 

The company may change terms and conditions anytime. If terms and conditions were to change between order and delivery date, the ones applicable would be the ones at the order date.

3. Customers

One Soul Many Stories’ collection (here after “the products”) are exclusively sellable to final buyers. Retailers or intermediaries working for retailers cannot buy from the website. Consequently, customers confirm that they are final buyers and have no intention and interest in re-selling in a commercial way.

When creating their account, information provided by the customers must be accurate and up-to-date at all times. One Soul Many Stories reserves the right not to proceed with any orders which would not be compliant with the above commercial policy, or with any orders initiated from customers not clearly identified as consumers.

4. Products

4.1 Products description

Sellable items are the items visible on-line by the customer while browsing through the website. 

Pictures from the website may differ slightly from the actual color of the products; this may be caused by computer screen lighting, or photo-shooting lighting.

Products sold on the website are all second hand items. Although we have carefully checked every piece we cannot be held responsible if you detect a defect (stain, little hole, etc) after your purchase and the return/refund deadline of 7 days following your purchase.

4.2 Pricing

Prices indicated on the website are in SGD. Each item and reference has its own price. Delivery fees are not included in the indicated price, and will remain additional to the sales price.

5. Orders 

No order from the website will be validated without accepting the terms and conditions. Therefore, each validated order means that terms and conditions, prices and products have been validated by the customer.

Orders are definitive once full payment (including delivery charges if any) has been processed and validated. Before processing the payment, customers must check their order and the final sale amount. It is the customers’ responsibility to correct potential mistakes. 

Once the order is confirmed, customers will receive a confirmation email.

The company reserves the right to refuse your order if we are unable to obtain payment, or otherwise at our discretion. The company will be the sole judge when declining orders.

6. Methods of payment

Payment for orders placed via our online store can be done by credit or debit card via the Stripe payment platform.

The “Company” accepts payments in SGD only. For foreign bank accounts, foreign exchange fees, as well as bank fees for wire transfers will not be supported by the “Company”.

7. Delivery and delivery lead-time

In compliance to the “Company” terms and conditions, products will be sent to the shipping address indicated by the customer when entering his order online.

All orders placed and validated before 2 pm local time (GMT+1), from Monday to Friday (holidays excluded) will be prepared and shipped the next day.

Shipping time is approximate, and under the responsibility of the carrier companies.

Items damaged or lost after delivery : without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

8. Authenticity

8.1 One Soul Many Stories guarantees that any Product delivered to the Buyer is not counterfeit.

8.2 The Buyer may assert the inauthenticity of an item by contacting One Soul Many Stories in writing. If the assertion is deemed substantive, One Soul Many Stories will collect the Product to investigate in good faith. A substantive assertion shall be defined as based on written evidence from a credible source such as the brand owner or another internationally reputable commercial organization specialized in second hand branded luxury.

8.3 As part of its investigation, One Soul Many Stories will review all the information available and provided and may consult with relevant experts to arrive at a final good faith determination.

8.4 The Buyer understands and acknowledges that One Soul Many Stories may require an indefinite amount of time to investigate any assertion and arrive at a determination.

8.5 One Soul Many Stories’ determination will be final. If the Product is confirmed to be the same one delivered to the Buyer and is determined to be counterfeit, One Soul Many Stories will refund the Buyer in full.

9. Return and Refund

9.1 The Buyer can decide to return any of the Sale Item(s. He must contact One Soul Many Stories within 7 week days of receipt of the Sale Item(s) by email to with respect to the Return Item(s). One Soul Many Stories will acknowledge the return request and advise the return address for the items. The Buyer is not required to justify the reason for the return.

9.2 Following the acknowledgement of return, the buyer will be required to return the item to One Soul Many Stories within the 7 week days limit. Returning the Item(s) to One Soul Many Stories is at the expense of the Buyer and One Soul Many Stories will not be liable to compensate the Buyer for the same. One Soul Many Stories recommends that the Buyer sends it by recorded or special delivery. The item(s) can also be dropped off at the requested location by the buyer himself. One Soul Many Stories cannot take responsibility for Return Item(s) lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be at the responsibility of the Buyer until it reaches One Soul Many Stories. Any Return Item(s) lost and/or damaged on the way to delivery to One Soul Many Stories will be the liability of the Buyer and the Buyer will not be returned the price amount of the Return Item(s) if any such damage and/or loss occurs. The Return Item(s) would be treated as a usual Sale Item(s) and as if it had not been returned at all.

9.3 Provided we receive the Return Item(s) in the same condition as that in which One Soul Many Stories  sent it to the Buyer, we shall refund the cost of the Return Item(s) less the original shipping cost within 15 working days of receipt of the Return Item(s). Where the cause of Return Item(s) is due to damage, provided however, such damage has not been disclosed in the description, One Soul Many Stories shall not deduct the original shipping cost from the amount refunded. Payments will be refunded through the same payment channel as the order or by Paynow/Paylah, and not refunded in Cash

9.4 Returns outside of the timeframes described above won’t be accepted by One Soul Many Stories.

9.5 These above policies only apply to purchases done on-line. One Soul Many Stories do not accept returns of products purchased during a physical transaction (physical pop up)

10. Copyright

All information, pictures, designs, renderings of all types, as well as any type of content displayed on the website are sole property of One Soul Many Stories. Consequently, they cannot be reproduced or used in any ways without the express authorization of the Company.

11. Personal data

The Company informs the customers that all personal data left on the website is processed through automatic data software and can be used several times to that aim.

The personal data collected on the website is necessary to process orders. Data can be used as well for prospective matters by the Company. Personal data collected by the Company is restricted to internal use only. Customers’ personal data is kept by the company for a limited amount of time, strictly related to the company needs.

12. Litigation and law

All sales contracted through the website are submitted to Singapourian Law. In case of a dispute, amicable settlement will be considered prior to any legal action. Failing this, all litigation cases related to the current contract application (validity, understanding, performing, cancellation), consequences and results will be handled by the dedicated court in compliance with common law competency rules.
